Principal-Led, By Design.
Tech Delivery Partners is the practice of Everette Farmer. When you engage TDP, you work directly with Everette. That is the model, not a stage the firm is trying to grow out of.
Responsibility Comes Before Automation
We started Tech Delivery Partners with a specific conviction: that enterprise AI must be engineered with accountability from the very beginning. Not as a feature. Not as a compliance checkbox. As the structural foundation of every system we build.
The technology industry moves quickly. Too quickly, at times. AI capabilities that would have seemed implausible a few years ago are now accessible to any organization. The speed of capability growth has outpaced the maturity of governance, testing, and accountability practices in most enterprise settings.
We exist to close that gap. Our job is to help enterprise organizations move from AI interest to AI deployment without the legal exposure, reputational risk, or operational failure that comes from moving too fast without the right structure in place.
What We Believe
- AI capability without governance is a liability, not an asset
- Human oversight is not a constraint on AI. It is the condition for responsible use
- Safety is not something you bolt on after development. It is something you design in before it begins
- Transparency with clients is non-negotiable. We tell you what we know, what we do not know, and what we recommend
- A system that works safely in the long run is more valuable than a system that looks impressive in a demo
What We Do Not Do
- We do not overpromise what AI can deliver
- We do not deploy systems without proper governance in place
- We do not skip testing to meet a deadline
- We do not take engagements we do not believe we can deliver well
Fourteen Years Leading Technology Delivery, PMP-Certified, GRC Background
Everette has spent about fourteen years leading technology delivery. He is PMP-certified through PMI. His background covers governance, risk and compliance (GRC), AI governance, and program and project management. Recent hands-on build work includes a 25-agent Python GenAI platform on the Claude API, delivered with CI/CD, a 286-test build gate, and model governance built in. Earlier program work includes leading an enterprise security PMO through a twelve-facility global rollout spanning SIEM, IAM, and MDM.
He is a U.S. citizen, based in the DC metro area, with active SAM registration for federal work.
How We Engineer AI Systems
Our engineering standards apply to every project regardless of size, timeline, or client. They are not aspirations. They are requirements.
Safety by Design
Safety controls, input validation, and output guardrails are designed before any development begins. We do not add safety features to a finished system. We build safety into the system architecture.
Human Oversight Always
Every AI system we build has defined escalation paths. Humans are always in the loop for high-stakes decisions. Automation handles the routine. People handle the consequential.
Security from Day One
We design security controls, access management, and data protection requirements during architecture. Security is never an afterthought in our engineering process.
Comprehensive Testing
We test accuracy, performance, security, and edge cases. Red team exercises specifically look for adversarial inputs, prompt injection vulnerabilities, and failure modes that standard testing misses.
Complete Documentation
Every system we build is fully documented. Architecture diagrams, model documentation, governance policies, test results, and operational runbooks are delivered alongside the working system.
Ongoing Monitoring
AI systems require ongoing attention after deployment. We build monitoring into every system we deliver and offer structured post-deployment support to keep systems performing as designed.
We Work Like Partners, Not Vendors
We do not win business by submitting the most impressive proposal. We earn it by being honest in the discovery conversation, thorough in the architecture phase, and disciplined in delivery.
This means we sometimes tell potential clients that they are not ready for what they want to build yet. We will tell you what needs to be in place first and how to get there. That kind of honesty is uncomfortable in the short term but it is what makes long-term partnerships possible.
We keep our client list small enough that every engagement gets senior attention. We do not hand off discovery conversations to sales people and delivery to junior teams. The people who work with you in the first conversation are the people who build your system.
Let Us Have an Honest Conversation.
