Start a Conversation

If you are weighing an AI initiative, a governance gap, or a build that has to hold up to real scrutiny, the first step is a straightforward conversation. You will talk directly with the principal who would lead the work, not a sales team. We will figure out whether TDP is the right partner before anyone talks scope or price.

Preferred Path

Book a Working Call

The first conversation is about your problem and whether TDP is the right partner for it, not a sales pitch. Come with a description of what you are trying to solve. If there is a fit, the next step is a scoped proposal.

What to Expect

  • A 30-minute call
About your problem and your constraints
  • An honest read
On whether TDP is the right fit
  • A scoped next step
If it is a fit. No obligation and no pressure either way

Next Steps

What Happens After You Reach Out

We Review Your Inquiry

We read every message ourselves. A senior member of our team will review your inquiry within one business day and respond with specific questions or suggested next steps.

30-Minute Discovery Call

We have a focused call to understand your situation, your constraints, and your goals. We ask specific questions and give you an honest read on whether TDP is the right fit and what an engagement could look like.

Proposal or Next Step

If the fit looks right, we follow up with a proposal or a scoped discovery engagement. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that directly and try to point you toward the right path.

Common Questions About Engaging TDP

Yes. The discovery call costs nothing. We do not treat it as a billable sales call. It is a real conversation about your situation. We may ask clarifying questions before the call to make good use of the time, but there is no cost and no obligation.
No. A clear description of the problem you are trying to solve is enough to start. We will ask the questions that help us understand your situation better. Many of the best engagements start with a vague problem statement that we help clarify during discovery. You do not need to have figured it all out before reaching out.
That is fine. Many organizations come to us six to twelve months before they are ready to start a project. They want to understand what responsible AI adoption looks like, what governance they need to put in place, or what an AI readiness assessment involves. Early conversations give you the information you need to plan and build the internal support for the program.
We respond to all contact form submissions within one business day. Phone calls during business hours are answered directly or returned the same day. If you have an urgent matter. A regulatory examination is imminent, an AI system has failed, or you are under a deadline. Say so in your message and we will prioritize accordingly.
